I ordered a breakfast meal at Mc Donalds this morning at the drive through. It took over 10 minutes for the order to come. There was one car in front of me that waited just as long for their order. This was 7am so the branch was already operational since 6am. On asking why they are taking so long with the orders Edwards response was ' who do you think makes the orders'. Mc donalds please do not state that you are open from 6am if you are not able to service your customers. And please teach your rude staff how to deal with customers that actually have valid questions. If your staff do not wish to work, there are plenty of individuals in SA who are unemployed and who will not come to work with red eyes and show aggression towards their customers. Also if you are unable to service the 2 or 3 clients that arrive at 7 am in the morning then just close down your branch and give that spot to an organisation that can actually deliver what they say.
